JazzGrooves er tilbage med en ny sæson, og starter selve sæsonen med et jubilæum! Det bliver nemlig ikke mindre end den halvfjerdsindstyvende omgang JazzGrooves.

JazzGrooves starter sæsonen når værten Asger Brink tager os i hånden og introducerer de polske wonderkids Blu/Bry, som er en polsk kvartet med base i Danmark.

Koncerten er som altid gratis, og baren vil være åben!

Om Blu/Bry (EN)

Blu/Bry is a Polish jazz quintet based in Denmark, blending influences from modern jazz, folk, classical music, and electronic sounds. They draw inspiration from artists such as Walter Smith III, Tigran Hamasyan, Avishai Cohen, and Tomasz Stańko.

Over the past few years, the band has participated in prestigious music events like Jazz Juniors Festival, Jazz nad Odrą, Enter Enea Festival (hosted by Leszek Możdżer), Blue Note Poznań Competition, and Junior Jazz Festival.

A year ago, they released their debut album titled Blubry, and they are currently working on new material. The band members have studied at renowned institutions such as the Danish
National Academy of Music and Berklee College of Music in Boston. They continuously seek new experiences and inspirations, which reflects in their unique approach to creating music.
